SHIPPING We deliver worldwide! Go to check-out to see the shipping fee of your country. Please note that this fee does not include any import duties that may occur for orders outside of the EU. We strive to sent out our packages 0-2 working days after placing the order and are located in Amsterdam.

RETURNS Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including labels and packaging. Shipping fees will be at your own cost. Contact us through our contact page or email info@misisaclothing.com to receive further instructions on your return. The money will be refunded 0-2 days after we receive the item. When in doubt, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SIZE UP.
EXCHANGE Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products. Please return the product and place a new order, we will refund the money for the returned item once we receive it.
CANCELLATIONS Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once placed because our orders are processed within 24 hours. So please make sure to mindfully place your order.
